Novéalla is licensed by Business Workspace — not by AI usage or message volume. Each Executive Membership covers one legal business with its own Executive Headquarters.

Membership Policy

One Executive Membership is licensed for one legal business. Each business receives its own Executive Headquarters, Executive Memory, Executive History, strategic recommendations, and executive intelligence. Additional businesses require their own Executive Membership.

Fair Use

Executive Memberships are intended to support your own business. High-volume commercial use, automated processing, or managing multiple businesses under a single membership may require a different membership or be subject to review.

Free Trial

New customers receive a 7-Day Free Trial on eligible Executive Memberships. You will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires. Trial terms are displayed at checkout.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the billing date established at checkout. Prices are shown in CAD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Upgrades & Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your Executive Membership from Account Settings → Billing or through the Stripe Customer Portal. Membership changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on Stripe proration settings.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues through the end of your current paid period unless otherwise stated at cancellation. No long-term contracts are required.

Cancel from Account Settings → Billing or through the Stripe Customer Portal under Manage Subscription.

Refunds

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Contact support if you believe a charge was made in error.

Price Changes

We may update pricing or features as Novéalla evolves. Existing subscribers receive advance notice of applicable pricing changes before they take effect on renewal.
